Read this before submitting a Burn Permit Request

Important Notice: Fire Permits Required

Permits are required for anything that you want to burn at all times.

A season permit for making firebreaks will be issued to FPA members only if your burn plan has been submitted to your Area Rep (AR).

Non-members must apply for a permit for each individual burn.

Note: Supporting documents are required for each permit application. These must be uploaded with your submission, or your application will be rejected.

The AR will review your request and either accept or reject it.

If accepted by the AR, the Fire Chief will review it again. If approved, you’ll receive your permit via email.

The AR will also receive email updates reflecting the progress of the application.
